Quality Assurance & Quality Control Procedures

Management Responsibility

It is our policy to provide services and goods, which meet the agreed contractual specifications and quality standards defined by the customer.

  1. To maintain a staff able to interpret, clarify and conform to the clients requirements
  2. To ensure, by proper selection and examination, that goods supplied and/or incorporated are suitable and safe to operate To make sure that the goods and systems are installed in a satisfactory manner
  3. To commission completed systems so that their operation and maintenance is facilitated I so required by the building owner, to ensure that the completed and commissioned systems are on a regular and systematic basis
  4. To observe the Quality Assurance Manual and Procedures and/or the QA plan agreed and specific to a project.
  5. To plan, control and document, in a systematic manner, those procedures necessary to provide the specified level of Quality Assurance
  6. To maintain such records as will substantiate the Quality Assurance applied throughout each project undertaken.
